Jerimy & Shannon Kanaday
Jerimy is the Executive Pastor at Destiny Worship Center. He provides oversight to the regional campuses and various other ministries including: Worship, Student Ministries, Missions and Media. In addition to overseeing ministries, he is the director of Emerge Leadership Academy. Jerimy has served on staff at Destiny since October 2007. Prior to coming to Destin, he lived in Gainesville, Georgia, and served as a Worship Leader. Jerimy and his wife Shannon have been married since 2000 and have three wonderful children: Hope, Josiah, and Luke.

Robert Guagliardo
Robert is the Residential Director for the Emerge Leadership Academy. Robert has been with Destiny Worship Center since October 2001 and has always felt called to work with the next generation. Robert lives on the campus and works to create and maintain a healthy environment for the academic and personal growth of the students. Robert has lived on the Emerald Coast his whole life. He has been very involved at Destiny Worship Center, volunteering in multiple ministries throughout the church. Robert has worked at Nike since 2010 but has a passion for God's house and His people.

Jenny Gault
Jenny will be serving as the Residential Assistant for the Emerge ladies this year. She was born and raised in Oakwood, Georgia, and moved to Destin to be a student at Emerge in September 2013. She is currently employed at Old Navy and plans to continue volunteering at Destiny Worship Center. In the future, Jenny would love to pursue her passion and serve over seas as a full time missionary. Jenny loves Emerge and is excited to have the opportunity to be a part of this year's class. This year, she plans to live on campus at Emerge and be a resource for the students throughout their Emerge adventure.

Logan Phillips
My name is Logan Phillips and I am the Residential Assistant for the guys at emerge. I also play drums for the worship team at DWC’s central campus and serve with youth ministry and youth worship. I’m from Milton, FL and I’ve lived in the Panhandle of Florida my whole life. The Lord led me to Destiny Worship Center as a fill in musician, but He had much more for me here than I ever imagined; I found a home. I attended Emerge during the 2013-2014 school year and Emerge changed my life. I’m excited about working with the guys this year and walking with them through one of the most important years of their life.
